Position: Performance Marketing Executive
Department: Digital Marketing
Reports to: CEO
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Optimize budgets, monitor KPIs, and improve ROI
Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Suite, etc.
Run A/B tests and deliver actionable insights
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for execution
Requirements
2+ years in digital/performance marketing
Expertise in Google & Meta Ads
Proficiency in SEO, email, and content marketing
Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
