Role Overview: We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience, specifically in running paid campaigns for online course selling (edtech/e-learning). This is a remote role with flexibility for part-time as well. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, highly analytical, and results-driven, with hands-on experience in scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for course selling and lead generation on Google (Search, YouTube, PMax, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads.

- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI and consistent performance.

- Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and audience targeting to increase enrollments.

- Write compelling ad copies, coordinate with creative teams, and run A/B tests for better conversion.

- Analyze campaign results, prepare detailed performance reports, and provide actionable insights.

- Support SEO, on-page optimization, and website management (WordPress/Shopify). - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on course-selling objectives.

Requirements: -

Mandatory: Proven experience in running course selling / edtech paid campaigns (Google & Meta).

1 - 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising. - Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads.

Strong copywriting and creative communication skills.

Hands-on experience with WordPress & Shopify websites (preferred). - Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Keyword Planner) is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. - Ability to work independently in a remote setup with excellent time management.
