Job Summary:

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive for our Jaipur office. The role requires expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Lead Generation, and ROI-driven campaigns. If you passionate in ads, analytics, and scaling campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage budgets and track ROI, CPL, and CPA for multiple client projects.
• Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Work with content and graphics teams for ad copies and creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.
• Stay updated on the latest PPC, SEM, and social advertising trends.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Paid Campaigns.
• Experience with A/B testing, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
• Hands-on with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnels is a plus.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business / IT.
• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing / PPC campaigns.
• Freshers with strong PPC training or internship can also apply.
