Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing professional located in New Delhi. The Performance Marketing professional will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, performing market research, and collaborating with the sales team. The role also involves optimizing customer service interactions and designing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
• Sales skills and the ability to drive revenue growth
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
