Job Title: Performance Marketing Associate Role Type: WFO (Full-Time) Location: Mylo office, Sector-44, Gurgaon Experience Required: 1-2 years Team: Marketing & Community About the role: As a Performance Marketing Associate at Mylo, you will be a key part of our marketing team, which includes performance, influencer, and brand marketing specialists. You will take ownership of driving growth for a portfolio of 2-3 products through performance marketing strategies focused on demand generation and customer acquisition.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a highly skilled team, including creative designers, brand managers, and data analysts who will support your efforts to develop impactful ad creatives and product messaging. This cross-functional collaboration ensures that you have the resources necessary to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results. This role will allow you to: • Own the marketing funnel: From generating awareness to driving conversions and retention for the products under your portfolio. • Create compelling ads: Leverage A/B testing and a variety of growth-hacking techniques to discover what works best for different audiences and platforms. • Leveraging data-driven insights: Monitoring and optimizing performance across multiple channels to maximize ROI. • Collaborating across departments: Working with creative, product, and design teams to craft visually compelling and strategically sound marketing materials. • Testing and innovating: Implementing A/B testing and utilizing innovative growth strategies to refine campaigns and improve outcomes.
