-> Own and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.

-> Create, test, and scale performance-driven strategies.

-> Analyze data to track KPIs, optimize ROI, and deliver measurable growth.

-> Collaborate with the creative team to bring fresh campaign ideas, ad hooks, and storytelling angles.

-> Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and performance tactics.

What I'm looking for:

-> Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (you know the ins and outs).

-> Strong grasp of creative strategy, able to give direction, ideations, and hooks that actually convert.

-> Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions.

-> Experience working with D2C/e-commerce brands is a big plus.

-> Self-starter attitude with a hunger for scaling brands.
