Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer with deep expertise in managing seller dashboards and paid advertising campaigns across major e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq and others, and understands how to scale revenue through data-driven optimization.


Key Responsibilities Marketplace Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads, Myntra Partner Portal, Ajio Campaign Manager, etc.

  • Manage search, display, brand ads, product display ads, and sponsored campaigns to drive sales and RoAS.

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and keywords.


Seller Dashboard Management

  • Manage product listings, content updates, catalog hygiene, and pricing strategies across all assigned seller portals.

  • Track product performance, buy-box metrics, account health, inventory status and order defect rates.

  • Coordinate with design/content teams for improved product creatives (A+ content, images, videos).


Performance & Analytics

  • Conduct regular performance analysis: CPC, CTR, ACOS, RoAS, conversion rate, and keyword analysis.

  • Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Run experiments (A/B testing) to improve campaign efficiency.


Growth & Strategy

  • Develop marketplace-specific growth strategies to increase visibility, sales rank, and revenue.

  • Identify new ad formats, opportunities, and upcoming marketplace programs for scaling.

  • Work closely with operations, catalog, and finance teams to ensure pricing, margins and inventory alignment.


Competitor & Market Research

  • Analyze competitor products, pricing, keywords, and strategies on each marketplace.

  • Benchmark performance against competitors to identify gaps and growth opportunities.



Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing and marketplace management.

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace dashboards.

  • Proficiency in marketplace ad platforms (Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Ability to work with large data sets and make data-backed decisions.

  • Good understanding of e-commerce operations, category trends, and customer behavior.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Skills


    • Experience with tools such as Helium10, JungleScout, Pacvue, or DataHawk.

    • Knowledge of catalog optimization, SEO for marketplaces, and A+ content strategies.

    • Experience working with fashion, apparel, or FMCG categories (added advantage).
