About the Role

We’re hiring a results-focused Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of experience in paid media campaign execution and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record across Meta and Google platforms with an analytical mindset and growth-oriented thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute Meta ads, Google Ads, and full marketing funnels
• Build high-converting landing pages and automated email sequences
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
• A/B test all funnel components and provide performance reports
• Translate complex wellness services into compelling marketing messages
• Set up tracking, analytics, and marketing automation

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 2-3 years digital performance marketing with proven results
• Meta Ads management (high monthly budgets)
• Landing page creation and optimization experience
• Email marketing automation and lead nurturing
• Google Analytics and conversion tracking expertise

Industry Skills:

• Health/wellness marketing experience preferred
• Understanding of fitness industry or similar services
• Knowledge of health industry compliance and regulations
• Local/geo-targeted marketing for service businesses

Communication:

• Excellent English (written/verbal) - in case of handling client calls
• Experience with UK/US teams preferred
• Independent work style with strong project management
• Data-driven approach with analytical skills
