Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at our Udaipur location. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our clients' products and services. Key daily tasks include analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing digital channels, and driving measurable results. The role will also involve collaborating with the creative and strategy teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, and SEM
• Experience in Campaign Management and Optimization
• Analytical skills for Data Analysis and Performance Tracking
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in a Martech agency or related environment is a plus
