Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer specializing in Google Ads to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong agency background and experience managing high-budget accounts across multiple industries. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive conversions and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities Google Ads Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns for high-budget clients. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage large advertising budgets across multiple accounts. Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns for performance improvement, including bid adjustments, keyword refinements, and ad copy testing. Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up and analyze conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools. Performance Reporting: Provide detailed insights and reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and recommendations for improvement. Competitor & Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging paid search opportunities. A/B Testing: Implement rigorous A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve results. Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and web development teams to enhance landing pages and ad creatives. Automation & Scaling: Utilize automation tools and scripts to improve efficiency and scale campaigns effectively. Requirements 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads in an agency environment. Proven track record of handling high-budget accounts ($10K+/month) across different industries. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Performance Max, Display, YouTube Ads, and Shopping campaigns. Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data-driven decision-making. Advanced skills in bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting. Ability to create compelling ad copies and A/B test different variations. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets, Data Studio, or other reporting tools. Experience with third-party ad tools (eg, SEMrush, SpyFu, Optmyzr) is a plus. Google Ads Certification is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills
