Our team works to provide the best technological advancements to empower businesses. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer for D2C Brands, based in Noida. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to improve ROI, and developing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. The role includes tasks such as creating and managing multi-channel marketing strategies, conducting A/B testing, utilizing analytics tools for campaign performance, and working closely with the design and development teams to align marketing strategies. Qualifications Must have experience with working on D2C brands. Experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns Skills in performance marketing, including knowledge of PPC, SEM, and social media advertising Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and a strong ability to analyze data and derive insights Ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies Excellent A/B testing skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with D2C brand marketing and understanding of consumer behavior Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Show more Show less
