This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer For D2C Brands, located in Noida. As a Performance Marketer, your primary responsibility will be to implement and manage digital marketing campaigns to optimize performance. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing consumer behavior, leveraging data insights to inform marketing strategies, and utilizing various marketing channels to drive conversions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing materials and conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns for better results. To excel in this role, you should have experience with Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and PPC. Proficiency in data analysis and performance optimization is crucial. Skills in A/B Testing and consumer behavior analysis will also be beneficial. Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and CRM platforms is desired. Strong collaboration skills are essential as you will work closely with design and content teams. Excellent communication and project management abilities are key to succeeding in this role. Relevant experience in D2C brand marketing is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.,
