• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

• Conduct in-depth research to identify audience insights, market trends, and creative strategies for better performance.

• Create, test, and iterate campaign structures, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.

• Closely monitor campaign metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand positioning.

• Strategize A/B tests and performance experiments to consistently improve results.

• Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum reach and conversions.

• Stay updated with the latest platform updates, tools, and marketing trends.

• Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and draw insights.

• Ability to strategize campaigns and build performance-driven funnels.

• Resilient, focused, and results-driven with a go-getter attitude.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (A+).
