Job Summary:

Business Development Officer (BDO)


Key Responsibilities:

inbound and outbound calls

⁠Follow up with leads generated

clear communication and understanding of client needs.

Schedule and conduct client meetings

regular follow-ups and after-sales support.

client interactions in the CRM system.

improve lead quality and conversion rates.

•⁠ ⁠Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Qualifications & Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Freshers are welcome; prior internship or academic project in sales/marketing is a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills in English and local language(s).

•⁠ ⁠Confident in handling phone-based communication and client queries.

•⁠ ⁠Goal-oriented and persuasive with a customer-first approach.

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
