Role Description

This is a temporary hybrid role for a Performance Marketer, based in Patna with flexibility for remote work. The Performance Marketer will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, analyze marketing data for performance improvements, and develop targeted strategies to achieve business growth. Responsibilities include managing ad accounts across platforms, conducting audience research, testing ad creatives, and ensuring campaigns meet ROI and conversion goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, App Store Optimization (ASO), and Digital Advertising
• Proficient in Data Analysis, Campaign Optimization, and ROI tracking
• Experience in Audience Research, Growth Strategy, and developing targeted advertising strategies
• Strong understanding of Review and Rating Management and brand credibility-building techniques
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with marketing tools, platforms, and CRM systems
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in performance-driven marketing roles
