Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Jaipur. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing online marketing campaigns to optimize performance and achieve business goals. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and optimizing paid ad campaigns, analyzing data to improve ROI, generating insights, managing budgets, and developing strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention through various digital channels.

Role Highlights:

•Manage & scale Google/Meta Ads for D2C brands (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)

•Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA & revenue growth

•Handle product feeds, Merchant Center & PMax

•Keyword research, bid strategies & ad copy testing

•Track conversions via GA4 & GTM

•Share weekly/monthly performance insights

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience on Google/Meta Ads

Strong D2C/e-commerce background

Experience with Shopping & PMax at scale

Solid understanding of conversion tracking & attribution

Data-driven, growth-focused mindset
