Performance Marketer (eCommerce)

Stylobug is an online kids clothing brand. We are a top brand on marketplaces and currently live in Dubai with Landmark group. We are expanding our D2C team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer (eCommerce) at StyloBug located in Udyog Vihar. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive online sales, analyzing data to optimize performance, driving ad creative strategy, collaborating with the creative team to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and analyzing performance metrics
• Ability to manage budgets, ROAS targets, and performance tracking
• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager, Data layer implementation.
• Should be adept at using AI tools to generate static and videos, do minor editing etc. Should not be overdependent on editor teams.
• Will need intrapreneurial skills. Use your network and resources to resolve blockers, gain insights on what it will take to crack Meta ROAS..
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience in the fashion or kids' apparel industry is a plus

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Plan, launch & optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta & Google

🔹 Monitor performance, A/B test creatives, and scale winning ads

🔹 Collaborate with creative & product teams to drive results

🔹 Report weekly on KPIs, spend, and conversion performance.

🔹 Lots of experiment. Plus if you have run ads as part of brand team and not agency.

🔹 Bonus if you have run ads in international markets.

Pls note that the compensation range is 30K-60K. It can go higher if you can scale the ads and make bigger impact in international markets too. The role is onsite (no WFH) and in Udyog Vihar. Pls apply ONLY if you are comfortable with it as these are non negotiable for us.
