The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive online sales, analyzing data to optimize performance, managing digital advertising, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance the brand's online presence and revenue generation Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and analyzing performance metrics Ability to manage budgets, ROAS targets, and performance tracking Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager, Data layer implementation. Should be adept at using AI tools to generate static and videos, do minor editing etc. Should not be overdependent on editor teams. Will need intrapreneurial skills. Use your network and resources to resolve blockers, gain insights on what it will take to crack Meta ROAS.. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
