What You’ll Do

• Own and grow

  Stylobug’s social handles (Instagram, YouTube Shorts etc.)
• Ideate & oversee

  high-impact content

  : UGC, kid styling reels, mom testimonials, founder-led BTS, festive drops
• Manage a

  lean team

  of editors, and interns — getting 10x output from 1x input
• Run

  monthly content calendars

  , track performance, and keep experimenting
• Tap into

  mom influencers

  , small creators, and viral trends without chasing vanity
• Work closely with brand, performance, and founder to shape our

  story, not just posts

You should be

• A

  self-starter

  who figures things out — tools, trends, talent
• An

  operator + creator

  — you get things done and care about storytelling
• Familiar with D2C, fashion, or youth/parenting content
• Comfortable

  rolling up your sleeves

  — from storyboarding to shoot supervision to interview folks on streets.

The Challenge

• You’ll be building a mini media brand inside a fast-growing startup —
• without big budgets, without a large team — but with total ownership.
• It’s chaotic, creative, and high-impact.
