Job Description

Position: Performance & Client Communication Manager (Full-Time, On-Site) Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 Years Location: [Rohini Sec 22 / Kanjhawala] Work Type: Full-Time (In-Office) ⸻ About the Role We’re hiring a proactive Performance & Communication Manager to oversee Meta Ads and manual LinkedIn + email outreach campaigns , while also acting as the communication anchor for our clients and internal teams. You don’t need to create graphics or content — your role is to ensure smooth execution, timely updates, and clear communication with everyone involved. If you’re someone who thrives on structure, timelines, and keeping things moving — you’ll love this role. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Meta Ads Management • Manage daily ad operations across Facebook & Instagram • Set up campaigns, monitor budgets, and optimize performance • Report metrics weekly (CTR, CPL, conversions) • Coordinate with the content/design team to plug in final creatives and copy • Ensure campaigns launch and end as scheduled 2. Manual LinkedIn & Email Outreach Management • Manually handle LinkedIn connections and outreach across multiple profiles • Copy-paste and customize message templates as per client goals • Maintain tracking sheets to log connections, replies, and follow-ups • Send out daily outbound emails as per provided templates • Flag and escalate quality leads to the internal sales or client team 3.
