Performance Marketer

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels
• Create and execute

  performance marketing strategies

  to achieve leads, conversions, and revenue targets
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions)
• Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, copies, targeting, and landing pages
• Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure ads align with brand goals
• Manage multiple client accounts and budgets ranging from ₹2–5 Lakhs per month
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to improve campaign performance
• Ensure

  advertising compliance

  and brand guidelines across all campaigns

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in performance marketing within a digital agency
• Proven success in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
• Strong understanding of lead generation, e-commerce sales funnels, and remarketing
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts & deadlines efficiently
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (Preferred, not mandatory)
