Job Overview: We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels. You will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI through paid advertising and conversion optimization. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and landing pages. Analyze data and generate actionable insights through performance reports and dashboards. Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates. Implement tracking and attribution models using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tech stacks. Work closely with product and CRM teams to align campaign efforts with customer lifecycle and funnel strategies. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid media. Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with measurable results. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketing analytics platforms. Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, or similar. Knowledge of SEO, landing page best practices, and conversion rate optimization is a plus. Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a startup or fast-paced digital environment. Familiarity with attribution models and tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or HubSpot. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
