Performance Manager

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at HamBOLDs Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to drive high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You will work closely with our dynamic brands - Epitight, Cozitis, and Niconi, to deliver innovative and effective products to our customers. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, conducting keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing. You will monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other dashboards to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and ROAS. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in managing Google and Meta ad campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager. Experience in the beauty & personal care industry is a plus, and excellent communication and reporting skills are required. You will need to stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates while collaborating with the creative team for compelling ad copies and visuals. Developing monthly performance reports and strategic insights will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have an ROI-focused mindset, be a self-starter with attention to detail, and possess a strong understanding of user behavior and customer journeys.
