Performance Coach - Hyderabad / Bangalore

Major Job responsibilities would be as under:

1.Responsible for working closely with sales agents (top/bottom decile) with the goal to improve/sustain performance and control attrition.

2. Create high visibility on JAG initiative(Jeeto Apna Ghar Initiative).

3. Identify training needs and coordinate with training team for closure

4. Identify issues impacting performance and stickiness of sales agents though 1-1 sessions, skip meetings and team huddles

5. Maintain a high level of engagement with Team Coaches, Managers, Sales heads and HR team to ensure issues are raised with relevant stakeholders. Follow up for closures.

6. Share Weekly progress update with stakeholders

Outcome Measures:

1.Reduction in Attrition for High Performers

2. Sustained Sales Performance for Top Decile

3. Improved Sales for bottom decile

Who is an ideal fit:

1. Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in similar/HR/Ops role in contact centers

2. Excellent Communication Skills Written and Verbal

3. Good Analytical and Interpersonal Skills

4. Experience in Coaching and Mentoring

ISMS Responsibilities:

1. Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures and objectives.

2. Actively participate in ISMS exercises.

3. Request access to information access from their Team Leaders/ Executives;

4. Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk

5. Protect secrecy of passwords; and Protect information assets used by them against compromise of assets confidentiality, integrity or availability.
