As a Performance Appraisal Associate, you will play a key role in supporting performance management systems (PMS), employee development tracking, and competency framework standardization. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented with a passion for HR processes and data-driven performance management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate performance review cycles: track timelines, schedule reviews, and ensure accurate documentation via tools like Zoho PMS.
• Maintain employee development records: track growth plans, feedback, and progress.
• Support competency framework updates across departments.
• Provide end-to-end support in performance appraisals, from scheduling and form distribution to follow-ups.
• Prepare and update performance analytics reports & dashboards for stakeholders.
• Document leadership and employee feedback to ensure alignment with HR standards.
• Track Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and Leadership Improvement Plans (LIP).
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely execution of PMS processes across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in HR operations/performance management.
• Strong knowledge of PMS, appraisal processes, and HR tools (Zoho People, Excel, Google Workspace).
• Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR frameworks and performance review procedures.
