Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Ads Team Lead to manage, scale, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will lead a team of performance marketers, own ROAS-driven strategies, and work closely with clients and internal teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Facebook & Instagram Ads.
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy: planning, execution, optimization, scaling, and reporting.
  • Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers and interns.
  • Analyze campaign data to improve ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
  • Develop funnel-based strategies for lead generation and e-commerce clients.
  • Coordinate with creative, design, and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Handle client communication, performance reviews, and strategy calls.
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and performance benchmarks.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and automation tools.
  • Ensure accurate tracking using Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs, etc.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (minimum 3 years).
  • Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns and scaling accounts profitably.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and funnels.
  • Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications (preferred).
  • Agency experience is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and automation tools.
