We currently reach over 4.8 lakh followers on Instagram and get 50–100+ organic enquiries per day — without running ads. We're now looking to scale via paid performance marketing. 🎯 Role Objective: Drive paid lead generation through platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube, and convert these into bookings. Improve ROAS, CPL, and Cost Per Booking with creative and data-backed experiments. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Design & test lead generation funnels for each city we operate in Track campaign performance (Leads, CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate) Run remarketing ads and customer retention campaigns Coordinate with design team & social media manager for ad creatives Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and UTM tracking Suggest landing page improvements to increase conversion rates Provide weekly reports to the founder ✅ Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing  Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Knowledge of CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel strategy Basic understanding of customer psychology for Tier-1 & Tier-2 Indian cities Ability to work with creatives, copy, and performance metrics 💡 Preferred But Not Mandatory: Experience with startups or service businesses (Urban Company, MyGate, Housejoy, etc.) Knowledge of WhatsApp automation tools (WATI, Interakt, etc.) Familiarity with CRM, Shopify, or booking systems 📈 Why Join Us?
