Job Description

Lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support for PeopleSoft HCM modules (Core HR, NA Payroll, Global Payroll, Benefits)
Perform Fit-Gap analysis, requirement gathering, and functional design documentation
Develop and customize applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and SQR
Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using Integration Broker and Web Services
Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and production deployment
Apply tax updates, patches, and perform annual PUM upgrades
Create and maintain reports using SQR, PS Query, and XML Publisher
Provide user training and post-implementation support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes and system performance
