Job Description

JD:

Must have 4-6 years of experience as
PeopleSoft HCM Techno-functional Consultant, preferably with experience in Global Payroll and Absence Management.
Provide end to end support for
PeopleSoft Global Payroll UK
, including payroll run monitoring, issue resolution, and supporting payroll operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll calculation errors, retro-pay issues, and element configuration problems.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and implement payroll enhancements or statutory updates.
Hands-on experience with
Peopletools like Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
Participate in system testing, including
unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
Document technical solutions, configurations, and contribute to knowledge base development.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong ownership of assigned tasks.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with Oracle or similar databases.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
