Job Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with deep expertise in General Ledger (FI-GL) , Product Costing (CO-PC) , and Accounting-based COPA . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuring and managing costing and financial processes in S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud environments, with a focus on cost analysis, ledger integration, and profitability reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects (minimum 23 full cycles). Configure and manage FI-GL, CO-PC (Product Costing), and COPA modules. Set up and manage Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Liability Accounts, Revenue, Expense, and Equity Accounts . Configure fiscal year variants, posting periods, and currency settings in S/4HANA. Execute costing runs , BOM/routing-based estimates, and component-level cost calculations. Track actual vs. target costs , ensuring accurate inventory valuation and cost transparency. Implement and manage Accounting-Based COPA for revenue, distribution volume, and profitability reporting. Handle billed/unbilled revenue , manual adjustments, and periodic cost estimates. Utilize KE30 and standard reports for revenue and distribution analysis. Lead initiatives to improve Product Cost Controlling, Overhead Allocation, and Intercompany Accounting . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient cost models and optimize business processes. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 7+ years of SAP FICO experience , with specialization in Product Costing and COPA . 23 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects completed. Strong exposure to SAP Public/Private Cloud environments. Experience in Oil & Gas, Glassware, or Manufacturing industries preferred. Graduate in Finance or Accounting stream . In-depth knowledge of SAP Financials, CO Integrations , and cost object management . SAP Certification in S/4HANA Financial Accounting or Management Accounting (preferred). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Job Overview We are looking for a skilled SAP PPQM Consultant with expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations , a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage end-to-end project delivery . Experience with RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end SAP PPQM implementations, rollouts, and support projects . Configure, customize, and integrate SAP PP and QM modules to align with business requirements. Prepare key project deliverables FSDs, BBPs, and KDS . Apply SAP Activate and ASAP Methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor daily system operations, background jobs, and issue resolution. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design. Work on manufacturing processes such as Make-to-Stock (MTS) , Make-to-Order (MTO) , and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) . Manage SAP Master Data , Goods Movements , and Production Order processing . Develop and validate WRICEF objects Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms. Prepare functional design documents for custom developments and enhancements. Utilize tools such as LTMC, LSMW, BDC, and BAPI for master data uploads. Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP tables, BAPIs, Function Modules, and BADIs . Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance when required. Be flexible to travel onsite or within India as per project requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP PPQM Consultant . Involvement in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation . Strong knowledge of SAP PP configuration , QM integration , and Master Data Management . Familiarity with RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP preferred. Proficiency in SAP Activate and ASAP methodologies . Experience in SAP Rollouts and Support Projects . Domain experience in Oil & Gas , Refinery , or Utilities will be an added advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
