We are seeking a Data Conversion Specialist with strong PeopleSoft functional and technical knowledge to support ongoing data conversion activities. The resource will play a critical role in mapping, validating, and migrating data from legacy systems into PeopleSoft, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business processes. The candidate should be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

• Perform end-to-end data conversion activities, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

• Analyze and understand PeopleSoft base application data models and table structures across HCM, Finance, and/or SCM modules.

•  

• Develop and execute SQL queries using Query Manager and other tools for data validation and reconciliation.

•  

• Collaborate with business SMEs and functional consultants to capture data requirements and conversion rules.

•  

• Validate data quality, identify gaps/issues, and ensure clean migration into PeopleSoft.

•  

• Support mock conversions, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).

•  

• Provide post-migration support for data issues, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.

•  

• Document data conversion processes, mappings, and reconciliation reports.

•  

• Strong background in PeopleSoft applications (HCM, Finance, SCM preferred).

•  

• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft base application data models and table structures.

•  

• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Data Conversion projects (end-to-end cycle highly desirable).

•  

• Strong expertise in SQL and Query Manager for data analysis and reporting.

•  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver within timelines.

•  

• Good communication and documentation skills.

•  

• Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, SSIS, or similar) is a plus
