People & Talent Associate (1–3 years of experience)

What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across industries.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture.
• Write clear, engaging job postings and coordinate outreach campaigns.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for culture and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth start.
• Contribute to internal HR initiatives such as engagement, documentation, and process improvements.
• Maintain hiring records and assist with recruitment reports.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations.
• Strong communication skills and a people-first approach.
• Interest in both recruitment and HR operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms is a plus.
• A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
