People Support Advisor

As a People Support Advisor at Autodesk, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional HR-related services to all employees, ensuring a five-star experience through every interaction. Your role involves managing Tier 1 inquiries regionally (APAC) and offering global support for transactional requests. You will utilize a case management tool to evaluate and resolve cases efficiently, escalating when necessary. Additionally, you will build a strong understanding of HR policies and processes, provide transactional support, and handle administrative tasks such as Verification of Employment. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure consistent and reliable support for Tier 1 inquiries regionally and globally - Manage and resolve cases using a case management tool, escalating when needed - Develop a thorough knowledge of global and regional HR policies and processes - Provide transactional support and handle administrative tasks - Participate in projects and enhancement opportunities - Monitor case queue and take proactive actions to resolve aging cases - Collaborate with the People Service team to enhance service delivery - Identify areas for improving employee experience and strive for a 5-star experience - Foster a culture of excellence, agility, and service orientation Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in customer service or shared services role - Degree or relevant qualification - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality - Proficiency in Excel, Word, HR systems like Workday, and supporting tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong team player with a positive attitude - Experience in dealing with diverse audiences at all organizational levels About Autodesk: Autodesk is a company where amazing creations happen every day, from innovative buildings to smart factories.
