As the People Success Manager in India at e.l.f. Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion. Champion high-performance teamwork, company values, the "one team, one dream" mindset, and embed them across all teams. Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and inspiring workplace. Monitor and measure cultural health through feedback, surveys, and engagement tools. **Qualifications:** - MBA in Human Resources is preferred. - Minimum 8+ years of experience. - Work experience in People, Culture, and L&D will be preferred.
