As the People Success Manager in India at e.l.f. Beauty, Inc., your role is crucial in aligning global strategy with local execution to ensure that employees have the necessary skills, opportunities, and support for their growth and success within the organization. Your focus will be on scaling the organization with a global mindset while fostering exceptional talent and cultivating a culture that is positive, inclusive, and accessible to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and promote the adoption of e.l.f.U across teams. - Identify skills gaps and collaborate on developing customized training programs and career development plans. - Oversee onboarding and continuous learning pathways to facilitate career progression. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes. - Educate, facilitate, and embed the high performing team framework among all employees and teams. Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion. Champion high-performance teamwork, company values, the "one team, one dream" mindset, and embed them across all teams. Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and inspiring workplace. Monitor and measure cultural health through feedback, surveys, and engagement tools. **Qualifications:** - MBA in Human Resources is preferred. - Minimum 8+ years of experience. - Work experience in People, Culture, and L&D will be preferred. In this role, you will be driving a disruptive culture and scaling with a global mindset to ensure the organization remains agile, innovative, and ready for expansion. Additionally, you will be focused on enabling exceptional talent through talent development and engagement to strengthen long-term business impact and retention. With a projected revenue growth of 40%, this investment in talent aims to attract, develop, and retain talent at a pace aligned with business needs.
