Job Description

Role Overview

The People Success Manager India will align global strategy with local execution, ensuring employees have the skills, opportunities, and support needed to thrive. This role focuses on scaling the organization with a global mindset, enabling exceptional talent, and driving a culture rooted in positivity, inclusivity, and accessibility to fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities

People Development Growth

Own and develop adoption of e.l.f.U across teams.
Identify skills gaps and collaborate to develop tailored training programmes, and career development plans.
Oversee onboarding and continuous learning pathways to support career progression.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes.
Educate, facilitate and embed the high performing team framework amongst all employees and teams.

Employee Engagement Culture

Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
Champion high performance teamwork, company values, the one team, one dream mindset, and embed them across all teams.
Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring the workplace is collaborative, respectful, and inspiring
Monitor and measure cultural health through feedback, surveys, and engagement tools.

Qualifications

MBA in Human Resources is preferred
Minimum 8+ years of experience
