Job Description

As a Workforce Manager at ResMed, your primary role will be to ensure the development and success of the People Experience Team by coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of People Experience Associates and People Experience Associate Specialists. You will be responsible for creating a team culture that leverages the individual strengths of each team member, motivates them to deliver exceptional employee experiences, and continuously focuses on growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the team through coaching, training, and data-driven conversations. - Create a team culture that accelerates continuous growth and improvement. - Motivate and engage team members in delivering exceptional employee experiences. - Design, deliver, and monitor service level agreements for case management system. - Actively oversee task distribution, identify discrepancies, and reallocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow management. - Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure team members gain expertise for daily operations. - Utilize key technical skills such as communication, results orientation, ownership, and continuous improvement with a customer-centric approach. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver on performance metrics and improve employee experience. - Work with People Systems and Analytics team to enhance processes and experiences. - Interact with global People Team members through the People Shared Services Hub. - Partner with regional People Shared Services leads to expand support provided by regional hubs. - Focus on strategic and operational objectives to achieve organizational mission through effective management of resources. - Identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive automation, simplify processes, and enhance employee and manager experiences. - Collaborate with Learning and Development team to establish on-the-job training and rotational programs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is a plus. - Minimum of 5 years of related experience. - Sound understanding of Workday, case management, and knowledge base tools. - Strong organization and project management skills. - Ability to analyze situations and make appropriate decisions within defined procedures and policies.
