People Partner (HRBP)

This high-impact role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex people challenges and thrives in a collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with functional leaders to shape and execute people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. - Engage, influence, and build trust across all levels of the organization to deliver key business and people-related objectives. - Guide teams through organizational changes, fostering adaptability and resilience. - Leverage data-based insights to develop solutions for short-term and long-term business challenges. - Identify talent needs, succession planning, and career development initiatives to attract and retain top talent. - Design and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience and foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace. - Implement and support performance review cycles, feedback mechanisms, and career growth frameworks. - Partner with COEs to deliver different employee programs based on needs and plans. - Act as a mediator for conflict resolution, employee concerns, and workplace issues. **Qualifications Required:** - Hold a master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (HR certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR a plus). - Have 4+ years of relevant HRBP Experience in Tech or SaaS companies or high-growth startups. - Demonstrate proven experience in partnering with senior leadership and driving organizational change. - Possess strong consultative and advisory skills, be a good listener, and a team player with a sense of ownership. - Show a general knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws in India and global markets, and industry best practices. - Be comfortable with ambiguity and change, thriving in a fast-paced environment. **Additional Details:** At Mindtickle, they embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
