As the HR Business Partner at Mindtickle, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's people strategy by partnering closely with leadership to drive business growth, enhance team performance, and build a scalable workforce. You will play a key role in shaping and executing people strategies that align with business objectives and support company growth and scalability. This high-impact role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex people challenges and thrives in a collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with functional leaders to shape and execute people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. - Engage, influence, and build trust across all levels of the organization to deliver key business and people-related objectives. - Guide teams through organizational changes, fostering adaptability and resilience. - Leverage data-based insights to develop solutions for short-term and long-term business challenges. - Identify talent needs, succession planning, and career development initiatives to attract and retain top talent. - Design and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience and foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace. - Implement and support performance review cycles, feedback mechanisms, and career growth frameworks. - Partner with COEs to deliver different employee programs based on needs and plans. - Act as a mediator for conflict resolution, employee concerns, and workplace issues. **Qualifications Required:** - Hold a master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (HR certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR a plus). - Have 4+ years of relevant HRBP Experience in Tech or SaaS companies or high-growth startups. - Demonstrate proven experience in partnering with senior leadership and driving organizational change. - Possess strong consultative and advisory skills, be a good listener, and a team player with a sense of ownership. - Show a general knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws in India and global markets, and industry best practices. - Be comfortable with ambiguity and change, thriving in a fast-paced environment. **Additional Details:** At Mindtickle, they embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
