Qualifications: - Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR a plus). - 4+ years of relevant HRBP experience in Tech, SaaS companies, or high-growth startups preferred. - Proven experience in partnering with senior leadership and driving organizational change. - Strong communication, consultation, and advisory skills. - Team player with a sense of ownership, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws in India and global markets, and industry best practices. - Comfortable with ambiguity and change, thriving in a fast-paced work setting.
