You will provide support and guidance to managers and employees in understanding and executing the mobility process and performance management process. Working with business leaders, you will identify potential gaps in skills or performance and partner with Learn & Grow to implement effective employee and manager development initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with global business partners on topics related to career development, performance, and retention, and conduct attrition analysis and departures management.
