As a People Operations Partner at Celonis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional employee experiences by providing advanced support, managing escalated inquiries, and executing region-specific processes. Your responsibilities will include: - **Advanced Case Resolution & Subject-Matter Expertise**: - Own the resolution of complex Tier 2 cases, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of regional HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements. - Provide tailored guidance to employees and managers to ensure compliance with local laws and company policies. - **Regional Process Execution**: - Support region-specific processes such as immigration, visa applications, benefits administration, LOA management, background checks, and employment agreements. - Collaborate with Compliance and COEs to stay updated on regional regulatory changes and ensure processes meet local requirements. - **Knowledge Management & Content Development**: - Enhance knowledgebase articles and documentation with a regional focus to ensure practicality and accuracy. - Analyze case trends to identify recurring issues and recommend updates to self-service materials. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: - Provide regional expertise in projects, system implementations, and policy rollouts. - Offer feedback on new policies to ensure practicality and compliance at the local level. - **Continuous Improvement & Insights**: - Utilize data insights to propose process and policy enhancements. - Identify opportunities to streamline regional processes while maintaining compliance standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of HR experience with expertise in region-specific HR operations and compliance. - Proficiency in HR systems like Workday, case management tools such as ServiceNow, and knowledge management platforms. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide nuanced guidance on complex HR matters. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on delivering high-quality support.
