People Experience Coordinator

As a People Experience Coordinator, your role involves partnering with the PX Team to provide operational support, contract administration, and learning coordination. You will play a key role in various people activities within a high-growth organization, offering you an exciting career pathway within People and Culture. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting the team and global objectives in an end-to-end capacity. Your hands-on approach, team player attitude, excellent administration, coordination skills, high energy, and positivity will contribute to your success. - Managing recruitment, interview, and offer processes to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to employee induction and end of probation periods. This includes sending out offer letters, contracts, and liaising with new joiners. - Assisting in interview scheduling, tracking, and ad-hoc candidate liaison. - Supporting various offer to joining and onboarding tasks and activities for the PX function as part of the global employee onboarding process. - Conducting security vetting during the onboarding process and providing support with analytics/data for reporting as needed. - Handling leaver administration, including removing individuals from systems, sending out exit surveys, and maintaining the E-Filing System for compliance and efficiency. - Managing the PX inbox for the region on a daily basis and ensuring accurate data via the PX system. - Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, people initiatives, and transformation change projects to facilitate your development and progression. - Coordinating PX-related activities across the organization.
