Key Responsibilities: - Establish expertise in change management within the WFA practice and lead a team of specialists in change and learning design - Collaborate with global EY offices to deliver and execute change management strategies for large transformation programs - Provide advice as a subject matter expert and work effectively within a distributed program team - Ensure high-quality project deliverables through internal reviews and client feedback - Manage engagement risk, project economics, escalations, planning, and budgeting - Develop thought leadership, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance change management capabilities - Collaborate with EY global offices to generate demand for change management projects - Coach and counsel team members, define goals, conduct performance reviews, and support ongoing learning and development - Work with HR service area experts to provide insights on strategic and operational performance Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate degree with specialization in Human Resources - 12-16 years of relevant experience - Experience leading change management efforts on global client projects - Track record of designing and implementing medium-large scale change programs - Experience in advising clients on complex transformation programs - Experience managing delivery teams and providing guidance on career development - Experience in learning design and content development - Experience in selling and delivering work across the full project lifecycle Company Details (if mentioned): EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
