Job Description

As a Manager in the People Consulting - Change Management team at EY- Global Delivery Services (GDS) Consulting, you will play a crucial role in managing the global workforce in a fast-changing and disrupted environment. Your work will involve aligning clients" HR functions with organizational plans while prioritizing employee experience. By joining EY, you will gain valuable cross-functional, multi-industry, and global work experience to advance your career. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish change management expertise within the practice and lead a team of change and learning design specialists - Enable the delivery and execution of change management strategies for global transformation programs in collaboration with global EY offices - Provide advice and guidance as a subject matter expert and contribute effectively to large distributed program teams - Ensure high-quality project deliverables through exhaustive internal reviews and excellent client feedback - Manage engagement risk, project economics, escalations, planning, and budgeting effectively - Lead the development of thought leadership, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance change management capabilities within the practice - Collaborate with EY global offices to support demand generation for change management projects and develop the practice further - Act as a counsellor and coach, defining goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering ongoing learning and development within the team - Collaborate with HR service experts to provide insights on strategic and operational performance **Qualifications Required:** - Postgraduate degree with a specialization in Human Resources - 12-16 years of relevant experience - Experience in leading change management efforts on global client projects - Track record of designing and implementing medium to large-scale change programs including HR Transformation, Digital Strategy, and ERP Transformation - Experience in advising clients on complex transformation programs with expertise in various domains such as business readiness, stakeholder management, and communication - Experience in managing delivery teams and providing career development guidance - Experience in learning design and content development for change programs - Experience in selling and delivering work across the full project lifecycle **Skills and Attributes Required:** - High integrity and commitment to work in challenging environments - Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive - Strong communication and presentation skills - Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity - High energy levels, agility, and adaptability - Willingness to travel for client projects as per EY and country-specific guidelines EY offers a dynamic work environment where you can work on inspiring projects and receive support, coaching, and feedback from engaging colleagues.
