Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced People Business Partner to join our team at Tanishq/Mia in Mumbai. As a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organization by focusing on strategic partnering, supporting talent acquisition, enhancing employee/stakeholder engagement and experience, executing core people processes and operations, managing employee relations and compliance, and implementing new ways of working through data integrity, cost efficiency and HR Tools adoption.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the business leaders at Tanishq/Mia, providing HR guidance and support to drive business objectives.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
  • Enhance employee and stakeholder engagement and experience through various initiatives and programs.
  • Execute core people processes and operations, including performance management, talent management, learning and development, wellness and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Implement new ways of working to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
  • Proven experience as a HRBP in a retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the retail business objectives.
  • Partner with retail leaders to drive employee engagement and performance.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training and development programs for retail employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.

Work Experience

  • Master's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a HR Business Partner or similar role in a retail environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
