We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to partner with the organization s leadership and People Culture (PC) team as the catalyst for the deployment of the One Sanofi People Strategy for the company. The incumbent will contribute to the achievement of the companys short- and long-term goals by providing PC strategic leadership and support (talent management, performance, organization, culture, etc) whilst ensuring alignment to Sanofi s Global Business Strategy as well as the Play to Win culture.

Main responsibilities:

You will beamember of theSouthEastAsia and IndiaMCOPeople Culture Leadership Team; you will be expected to work in close partnership withCountrybusiness leaders PC team andrelated People Business Partners.

You will be the Strategic partner to business leaders,identifyingand advocating for business needs using data insights.In this role you enable transformation, consult and coach business leaders on effective people and talent management.

You will coverdifferent functions(1)within yourcountryincluding Sales Marketing Vaccines and Pharma, MCO Country Lead Functions (trade, PA, Communication Market Access) Medical Vaccines and Pharma.

  • Coach andadvisecountryleadership

    toshape and enable the people agenda and business strategy, by guiding them on strategic planningactivities.

  • Anticipate andidentify

    business needs and challenges oncountrylevel.

  • Contribute to global strategic activities

    , such as workforce and succession planning, talent and leadership development, culture, DI by providing marketcountryview andcontext.

  • Collaborate with COEs to shape and ifrequired

    tailor global solutions and best practice solutions

    by providingcountrybusiness context and ensure that business needs aremet.

  • Talent Acquisition

    - Provide local input to understand and shape requirements for respective workforce segment and partner with TA teams for hiring of L4+ talent (including select L3 roles) for respectiveCountryGBUs

  • Talent Management

    - Support activation ofCountry,market and GBU talent priorities in alignment with the North Star Talent Strategy.Know Accelerateand selected Advance talents forcountryGBUs. Build manager capability in assessing potential and strengthening succession ofcountryBUsLeadership pipeline. Advise leaders and employees on career development and talent activities. (approx. time spent on Talent is 30-40%)
  • Insights

    - Advise business based on data and insights andleveragelocal people insights and analytics for strategic PC agenda within respective area of responsibility and to provide voice of the customer.

  • OrganisationDesign and Effectiveness

    - Coordinate and manage business and organization changes in country (e.g., mergers, divestiture, NBM) in conjunction with other People Business Partners atcountry,market level and OCT

  • Culture and DEI

    - Promote Sanofi DEI and culture by driving programs and initiatives to increase engagement within respectivecountry.

  • Employee Relations

    - Advise on high-profile / severe cases and act as escalation point for high-profile cases in respectivecountry.

About you

- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master s degree preferred.

-Minimum of5+ years of HR experience,with preferably multi country experience/ exposure (GIG, Projects, Assignment )

- Great leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization ability torepresentPC externally.

- Proven partnering skills across different layers of the organisation and strong solutions orientation for business support.

- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across matrix lines.

-Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

-Demonstratedcommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Fluent in English.

- Role model ofPtWbehaviors.
