People and Talent Manager

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

 Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and draft clear, inclusive job descriptions.

 Lead the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing roles.

 Build diverse talent pipelines through platforms, networks, and referrals.

 Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and oƯer rollouts while ensuring equitable, inclusive hiring practices

 Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS and represent the organisation at sector and campus events.

 Work with the HR Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding

People Development Support

 Support teams during goal setting and performance review cycles by coordinating timelines and documentation.

 Contribute to strengthening competency expectations and identifying development needs.

 Assist the HR Director on people-centric initiatives that enhance culture, clarity, and capability across teams.

 Help drive consistent, people-focused processes that support growth and alignment across the organisation.

What are we looking for?

 3–6 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the development, start-up, or consulting space.

 Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

 Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms and basic ATS tools.
