Pega Developers/Lead –
Technical Lead

Job Description -
Ø Lead the design and development of Pega applications on Pega Cloud using Constellation UI and App Studio.
Ø Define and implement best practices for application architecture, performance tuning, and security in cloud environments.
Ø Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Ø Drive CI/CD automation using Deployment Manager, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools.
Ø Ensure compliance with security standards (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR) and regulatory requirements.
Ø Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ø Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and OAuth 2.0.
