Pega Sales Manager

The role involves driving the selling activities of Process360 to accelerate pipeline development and deal velocity within a defined geography. You will be responsible for engaging in the full sales cycle, including showcasing Process360's value proposition, lead generation, prospecting, deep qualification, resource alignment, deal progression to closed bookings, implementation, and delivery governance. Additionally, you will drive efforts to implement best practices and technologies to optimize productivity, measure and deliver on KPIs, and ensure peak performance and sales success across the organization. You will also be involved in creating, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. You should possess a charismatic and dynamic personality with a passion to succeed in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment. Previous experience in both inside/outside sales and sales management with demonstrated success is required. As an energetic self-starter with a strong business acumen, you should be highly driven, results-oriented, and possess impeccable organizational, leadership, and presentation skills. B2B software sales experience with exposure to Pega technology and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience are essential. Desired skills and experience include territory management, sales planning, at least 2 years of successful inside sales experience, at least 2 years of successful outside sales experience or sales management, business development experience, and familiarity with the Challenger Sales model.
