Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Pega Developer (CSSA 8.X Certified) with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and testing Pega applications, with proven experience in multiple Pega implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, deploy, and test Pega-based business process management (BPM) solutions.
• Work on full PRPC implementation cycle, including enterprise class structure and rulesets design.
• Apply knowledge of Pega CSSA 8.X for solution design and configuration.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Leverage Pega SCE Framework for application design and development.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members where required.
Required Skills:
• 4–6 years of Pega development experience with hands-on involvement in multiple implementations.
• Pega CSSA 8.X Certification (mandatory).
• Strong experience in Pega PRPC application development, enterprise class structure design, and rulesets design.
• Experience in designing and developing BPM solutions using Pega
• Exposure to Pega SCE Framework
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
