Job Description

You should be an experienced Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing expert with 8-13 years of overall experience, and 4-9 years of relevant experience. Your role will involve building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications. It is required to have at least 1+ years of working experience in Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing, including making model changes. You should have a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and possess excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills, as well as system integration skills. Your responsibilities will include working on various rules and features such as Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, etc. Collaboration with business stakeholders, business analysts, data governance, analytics, and technical leads will be essential to ensure the right solutions are created for business needs. You should have an understanding of Predictive and Adaptive Analytics and the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence within Pega. Hands-on experience in implementing Pega integration services using REST, SOAP, etc. will be required. Knowledge of industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum is also important. It would be beneficial to have certifications such as Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) and Pega Certified Marketing Consultant (PCMC). You should have a deep understanding of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a Global offshore/onshore model.,
